The brand

LocalLimitsHQ. Basin teal for the product, amber strictly for the criterion that binds, red only for genuine violations. Bricolage Grotesque speaks for the product, Public Sans does the work, and Spline Sans Mono is the data voice — every measured value is set in it, nothing else is. Chart colors validated for color-vision deficiency.

What the data is

Millbrook Water Reclamation Facility is invented — deliberately, so no real municipality carries fabricated compliance figures. The plant parameters (5.0 MGD, hardness 25, dilution factors 15/37/48, 6.25 dry ton/day) and the pollutant criteria are real, and every limit shown was computed from them rather than made up — which is why copper lands at 1.92 mg/L and mercury at 0.034.
